is there any method to convert your wifi adapter from 2.4 GHZ to 5 GHZ using a software? [closed]

so I am using wifite in linux , using a RTL8192 supports monitor mode , tried 2 times already but it is not working now , not showing any wifi connection near me , the problem is where i live already sim signals are weak , so is there any problem in my adapter or the place i am sitting?

I am writing this to mention that I already have tried this wifi adapter and had captured a 2 handshake files and successfully cracked it through the aircrack-ng
